Awards for our Leadership



Recognized for our leadership capabilities:

  • Managed a $10 million expansion of afterschool care in urban school districts in 1998 at the request of the Ohio Department of Education and Human Resources.
  • Managed the training and technical assistance components of the statewide Extended Learning Opportunities initiative for the Ohio Department of Education.
  • Organized two statewide 21st Century Community Learning Center Bidders Conferences to bring to Ohio federal dollars for afterschool and summer care.
  • Partnered with Huntington National Bank to expand afterschool care in faith-based communities in Franklin County.
  • Created a strategic alliance with Child Care Works Ohio in Dayton to manage this resource and referral agency in ten Southwestern Ohio counties.
