nonprofit organization, supported by corporations, foundations,
government grants, contributions, individual donors and volunteers.

The Menu of Hope luncheon is Childrens
Hunger Alliances largest event. The 2004 event
featured guest speaker Spike Lee.

organized as a business and holds itself
accountable for managing budgets, resources and programs to
deliver aid and support to children. Our Statement
of Activity is available on this site. Today, over
94% of all revenue goes to services. Non-grant funds have
started, and continue to grow, an endowment fund that will
ensure we will be able to keep on doing our work without a
dependency on grants.
The Donor & Volunteer Services team serves many functions
supporting Childrens Hunger Alliances work Feeding
hungry minds and bodies®.
These activities include fundraising, direct marketing campaigns,
cause-related marketing campaigns, planned giving, corporate
relationship, and marketing and communications.
